About Iain Stewart

I’m an international property advisor and marketer with close to 30 years’ experience working across global real estate markets.

Over that time, I’ve been involved in the marketing, introduction, and structuring of international property opportunities across multiple continents, working with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers from different countries and cultures.

My role sits at the intersection of international property, deal structuring, and marketing — helping opportunities reach the right audience globally, and helping people understand how international property deals are approached in practice.

International Property Experience

I have worked on international marketing campaigns for major property developers, helping projects gain global exposure and connect with qualified buyers across multiple markets.

I’m actively connected in a number of the world’s most active real estate locations, and I work across jurisdictions rather than being tied to one country, one product, or one way of buying property.

This international exposure allows me to market properties and projects to a global audience, introduce buyers, sellers, and developers across borders, and understand how different markets operate commercially and culturally.

 

Every country and transaction is different, and international property works best when it is approached with experience, realism, and the right professional support.

International Rent-to-Buy & Instalment Sale Property

One area I am particularly known for is international rent-to-buy and instalment sale property.

I work with buyers and sellers who are exploring alternative purchase and sale structures, where traditional mortgages may not be suitable or desirable.

In these situations, my role is to help structure the opportunity clearly, market the property or project internationally, introduce suitable buyers or sellers, and ensure that experienced independent legal professionals are involved at the appropriate stages.

Buyers and sellers are always advised to take independent legal and financial advice relevant to the country in which the property is located.

Working With Buyers, Sellers & Developers

I work with property owners looking to market and sell property internationally, developers seeking global exposure and access to international buyers, investors researching markets and deal structures, and lifestyle buyers relocating or purchasing holiday homes abroad.

My role is advisory and introducer-based. I do not provide legal or financial advice, and I do not act as a regulated estate agent in every jurisdiction. Instead, I focus on connecting people with opportunities, supporting the marketing process, and helping ensure the right professional advisers are involved.

Education, Coaching & Partner Programmes

Alongside client work, I’ve spent many years educating others on how international property deals are structured and marketed.

I previously hosted the International Property Bootcamp in London and Dubai, where I spoke to and coached audiences on understanding international markets, alternative deal structures, and the practical realities of trading property globally.

 

I am also the author of the guide “How To Buy Properties Without Using Mortgages”.

In addition, I run a partner and introducer programme, where I provide partners with access to a fully built international property platform that they can share with their own network. Partners are rewarded through introduction-based commissions, without needing to source deals, manage listings, or negotiate transactions themselves.

 

How I Work Today

Today, I work on a direct, conversation-led basis, adapting my involvement depending on the situation and the people involved.

This may include advising on international property opportunities, supporting international marketing campaigns, making introductions between buyers, sellers, and developers, providing education, guides, and coaching, and supporting partners and introducers.

If an opportunity isn’t suitable, I’ll say so. If it is, I’ll explain the structure, the considerations, and the next steps clearly.
